Full Body Strength is a full body workout to help you look toned and feel stronger!
This class is low impact but we focus on building up your strength. We will challenge limiting beliefs of what we think we can do vs. what we can actually do. Getting strong and building muscle is what give you that "toned" look and also helps with building up your bone density. Join me in getting stronger and looking and feeling your best!

Wuk Up Yuh Waist is a Caribbean dance fitness class that mixes waistline movements with cardio and strength exercises to get your heart pumping, your muscles toned, and your waistline oiled up! In this class, Danielle will walk you through a warm up, high intensity cardio, toning and strengthening, and a cool down — burning up to 1000 calories! Have fun dancing to Afro-Caribbean music like Soca, Dancehall, Afrobeats, Calypso, and Reggae while learning to wine, juke, jiggle, and wuk up yuh waist! Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. It was founded by Colombian dancer and choreographer Beto Pérez in 2001. This high-energy dance class features intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength through the application of beginner-accessible choreography. Zumba classes typically consist of Latin-inspired songs, starting with a slower warm-up song, building intensity throughout the workout, and ending with a cool-down song. Even if you're not a strong dancer, the choreography is repetitive and designed to be built upon, so most people will catch on to the moves as they go. Zumba - Ditch the Workout, Join the Party!!
