WHAT TYPES OF CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a variety of high-quality, intimate fitness classes for all levels. Our current class offerings include:

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?

Signing up for classes is easy! You can:

We recommend reserving your spot in advance, as classes have limited space to ensure a personalized experience.

WHAT MAKES YOUR GYM DIFFERENT FROM OTHER FITNESS STUDIOS?

Our gym focuses on providing a private, intimate environment where you get personalized attention in every class. With smaller class sizes (typically 8-12 people), our experienced instructors can ensure that you’re doing each exercise safely and effectively, and we’re able to offer modifications to fit your fitness level. Plus, our community-oriented atmosphere makes it easy to feel welcome and supported.

DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL TRAINING?

Yes! We offer one-on-one personal training sessions with our certified trainers. Whether you're new to fitness, training for a specific event, or just need more individualized attention, we’ll tailor a program to help you achieve your goals.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

For most classes, we provide the necessary equipment (mats, weights, resistance bands, etc.). However, we recommend bringing:

  • Water bottle to stay hydrated

  • Comfortable workout attire that allows for movement

  • Proper footwear for classes like HIIT or Spin

  • Towel (especially for high-intensity classes)

For Yoga and Pilates, we recommend bringing your own mat, but we also have mats available at the studio.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

  • Class cancellations: We ask that you cancel your class booking at least 4 hours before the class start time to avoid being charged for the session.

  • Personal training: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

  • You can cancel or reschedule directly through our booking system or by contacting us.
